EXCELLENCE IN SPORTS

At Delhi World Public School, we believe that sports play an important role in the education of a child. The qualities of leadership, team work and sporting spirit are learned on the sports field. Therefore every child at Delhi World Public School is encouraged to take up some sport or the other and to participate in group events.
Our Sporting facilities are planned to include a running track, cricket pitch, cricket nets, football ground, basketball courts and volleyball courts.

In addition to PE teachers, the school will provide for professional coaches in cricket, football and badminton. The sports teacher will do the ‘talent spotting’ to encourage the children to take up the sport that most suits their skills.
